Caution

In several handouts, including class and client cleaning tips, I have given the recommendation to use oven cleaner to clean showers. Please be advised that this is not a good idea and I suggest we remove it from all our literature. I recently had a client try it. It discolored the glass and turned the aluminum edges white.



RES Refresher Course:

I have had several requests to offer a refresher course, and a few members have already participated. If you feel a need for the latest information you are welcome to sign up for any Continuing Education Seminar (1 day) scheduled for a tuition fee of $500. Over the years I have updated the course several times. The curriculum now includes a whole section on empty homes, estate homes, and many new marketing approaches. Teaching realtors has helped me identify their needs in marketing the concept to their clients. Thus, the latest additions! Please contact me if you are interested in taking a refresher course. The next course is offered January 24th and 25th in Orange County, CA.



Referrals and Referral Fees:

We love them! We work hard in so many ways to get them. How are you getting your referrals? Networking? Concierge programs? Power partners? Please use the Yahoo Realty Enhancements Group site to share your successes and failures so that we can all benefit.

And are you paying for your referrals? Coldwell Banker takes ten percent. I think that is fair as they are doing the marketing for me. Are you paying others who refer business to you? Or as suggested above, are you giving a gift to a client that refers you on?

Realty Enhancements International is now offering a referral or finders fee of $100 to any member who refers a new student who takes the three day training. Please let me know when you refer someone to me to take the training, and, as soon as they attend the class you'll receive my thank you in the form of a check! Our growth is our strength.



Do You Have a Website? No? Read On

Changes will be charged on an individual basis. We trust you will find this a valuable service.
