Realty Enhancements Training Release: As a condition of my participation in a class offered by Realty Enhancements,(RES), I agree to accept responsibilities and hold RES harmless from any and all liability resulting in my participation in the class, including any liability for personal injury, mental anguish, property damage, or otherwise.

Realty Enhancements requires all participating students to respect the rights of other attending students and the instructor at all times. The RES instructor has the right to remove any student who interferes with the experience of other participating students.

Seating is limited making early registration a must. Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail, fax, and mail) no later than 15 days in advance for partial refund only. Cancellation penalty of $100 will apply.

Participants are aware that all seminar materials are copyrighted and teaching of the RES principles must have the written per permission of Wendy S. Dilda.
